Welcome to EasyPaint. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the services and products provided by EasyPaint (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our site or services, you acknowledge these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website and Services

By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the site if these Terms are violated.

2. Dispatch & Shipping Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days of order confirmation due to high order volumes. 

Standard UK delivery: 3 to 10 business days after dispatch
Express delivery: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

We provide free standard shipping for all orders. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification confirming your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, our primary delivery partner.

Orders containing lithium-ion batteries may experience slightly longer dispatch or delivery times due to UK shipping regulations, which require safe handling procedures during transit.

All delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. In accordance with UK consumer law, if we fail to deliver your order within 30 calendar days (or the agreed delivery timeframe), you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

3. Order Acceptance and Limitations

A contract between you and EasyPaint is formed once you receive an email confirmation of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, limit quantities per household or customer, and decline orders suspected to be placed for resale or fraudulent purposes.

You will be notified if any issue arises with your order or if it cannot be fulfilled.

4. Product Availability and Pricing

All product prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may change without notice. We may limit or adjust stock availability, update or discontinue products, and correct errors in pricing or descriptions.

We are not responsible for typographical or system-generated inaccuracies, and we reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from such errors.

5. Returns & 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be cleaned thoroughly and returned in a resellable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The return must be initiated and posted within 90 days of delivery. Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are excluded unless faulty. All returns must include original packaging, manuals, and accessories. You must provide photos of the item prior to return for condition assessment.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK also have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, with a further 14 days to return the item. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

If you return part of a bundle, the discount no longer applies. Remaining items will be recalculated at their standard price.

If you cancel your order under the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid. Express or upgraded shipping options are non-refundable.

6. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and account information. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or if we are unable to verify information.

We may request additional documentation or verification before fulfilling certain orders.

7. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are offered “as is” without warranties or guarantees. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or accuracy of these external services.

8. User Submissions and Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or content to EasyPaint, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, modify, and publish such content. You must not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes on any rights, nor may it contain malicious software or harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove or withhold content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of EasyPaint and protected by UK intellectual property law. You may not use, copy, or reproduce this content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, EasyPaint disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, nor excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

Missed or Unclaimed Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or if the delivery was attempted and unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

In the unlikely event that your order is not dispatched or fulfilled due to an internal error, we will prioritise resolution and offer either:

• Immediate redelivery at no additional cost, or
• A full refund to your original payment method

You must notify us within 20 business days from the date of your order confirmation if you believe your order has not been fulfilled, unless otherwise required by law.

EasyPaint is not liable for any indirect loss resulting from a missed delivery, including but not limited to lost time, business interruption, or incidental expenses.

Warranty 

EasyPaint products come with a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defective product,

• Replace it with a new or refurbished item, or

• Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts,

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or unauthorised repairs,

• Products used for commercial or industrial purposes.

 

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify EasyPaint against claims arising from your misuse of our site or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our site at any time and without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in suspicious or unauthorised activity. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments up to the termination date.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms.
