These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of ultrasprayuk.com and to any purchase you make from Ultra Spray. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you live in Ireland or elsewhere in the EU, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country.

Ultra Spray is a trading name of Ultra Spray Ltd, whose registered office is at Unit 7, East Moons Moat Industrial Estate, Oxleasow Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 0RE, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at support@ultrasprayuk.com or by phone on +44 7460 018411. If we need to contact you, we will use the email address or phone number you gave with your order.
2. Eligibility & Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 to place an order. You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend access where these Terms are broken or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices for UK orders include UK VAT. For orders to Ireland, any VAT or import charges that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay, and there are no hidden fees. Where we show a "was" or comparison price, it is a price at which we genuinely sold the product before the promotion. We take care to make prices and descriptions accurate. If we find a clear pricing error on your order, we will contact you before dispatch so you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Product images are for illustration, and colours may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order we send an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order. The contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we cannot verify payment, and if we do we will refund you in full straight away.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full when you order. We accept the methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, processed securely through Shopify Payments (operated by Stripe). Payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant providers, and we never see or store your full card details. We may carry out fraud checks before dispatch. Your bank or card statement will show the charge as ULTRA SPRAY.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. UK standard delivery is free and takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. UK Covered Express Shipping costs £12.99 and takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to Ireland is free and takes 4 to 8 business days. Full details, including tracking and lithium battery rules, are in our Shipping Policy. If we do not deliver within 30 days of your order, you can cancel for a full refund.
7. Change of Mind & Cancellation
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and we also offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. How to cancel, who pays return postage and when you are refunded are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which includes a model cancellation form.
8. Faulty Goods & Your Statutory Rights
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your goods are faulty you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers in Ireland have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years. We pay the reasonable cost of returning faulty goods.
9. Warranty
2-Year Replacement Warranty. Every Ultra Spray sprayer comes with a 2-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use. If a covered defect appears, email support@ultrasprayuk.com with your order number and a description or photos of the fault. Once we have assessed the claim, we will replace the product with a new or equivalent unit, or refund you if a replacement is not possible. We pay reasonable return postage for valid claims.
10-Year Extended Warranty. If you bought the optional 10-Year Extended Warranty at checkout, cover for the sprayer body and motor is extended to 10 years from the date of delivery, on the same terms and claim process. It is provided by Ultra Spray Ltd and is for the original purchaser.
What is not covered: normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, consumable parts such as nozzles, filters and batteries, and damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, modification, unauthorised repair, or commercial or industrial use.
Shipping Protection. If you bought Shipping Protection, it covers loss, damage or theft of your parcel in transit. Shipping Protection claims must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date. This time limit applies only to Shipping Protection and does not limit your statutory rights. See our Shipping Policy.
Our warranties and Shipping Protection are in addition to your statutory rights and do not replace or limit them.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, one discount code can be used per order, codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers, and each has the expiry date shown with the offer. If you return part of a discounted bundle, the remaining items are re-priced at their standard individual price and your refund is adjusted. Free gifts must be returned with the item they came with if you return it for a refund.
11. Product Restrictions & Safe Use
Our sprayers contain lithium-ion batteries and are shipped under dangerous-goods transport rules, by road only. Please use all products in line with the instructions and safety information supplied, including using paint sprayers in a well-ventilated area with suitable eye protection. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by use contrary to those instructions.
12. Reviews & User Content
The reviews on our website come from genuine customers. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not hide negative reviews. If a review was incentivised (for example, with a discount), this is disclosed. By submitting a review or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it, and you confirm it is honest and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or not about the product.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Ultra Spray Ltd. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
14. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to other websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
If we break these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory consumer rights, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
16. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, please contact us first at support@ultrasprayuk.com and we will try to resolve it promptly. We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, but we will consider ADR in good faith if a complaint cannot otherwise be resolved.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights to another business, and we will tell you if this happens. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in Ireland or elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring proceedings in your local courts.
