Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains how you can cancel an order, return goods and receive a refund from Ultra Spray. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you live in Ireland or elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country.

1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days)

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason or get our approval.

• How to cancel: email support@ultrasprayuk.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel, or use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy.
• Returning the goods: send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. We will email you the return address. You pay the return postage, so we recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
• Condition: you may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If they come back showing use beyond what is needed to check them, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
• Refund: we refund the price paid and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you giving us proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. Any extra paid for express delivery is not refunded. Any Shipping Protection or 10-Year Extended Warranty bought with the order is also refunded, as these end automatically when you cancel.

2. Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

On top of your legal rights, you can return your Ultra Spray within 60 days of delivery if you are not happy with it.

• Email support@ultrasprayuk.com with your order number before sending anything. We will confirm your return and give you the return address.
• Return the item clean, in resaleable condition, with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.
• You pay the return postage. We refund the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We are legally required to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please email us with your order number and photos or a short video of the problem.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject faulty goods for a full refund.
• Within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If that is not possible or fails, you can have a refund or a price reduction. A fault that appears in this period is presumed to have been there at delivery unless we show otherwise.
• After 6 months, you are still entitled to a remedy if you can show the fault was there at delivery, for up to 6 years in England and Wales (5 years in Scotland).

Customers in Ireland have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

We pay the return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, either with a prepaid label or by refunding your standard postage. Refunds for faulty goods include all delivery charges you paid.

4. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched by emailing us with your order number. We will refund you in full, including delivery, within 5 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, section 1 or 2 applies.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original under the route that applies above and place a new order. Faulty items are replaced under section 3.

6. Warranty and Add-Ons

• 2-Year Replacement Warranty. Every Ultra Spray sprayer comes with a 2-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use. Full terms are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.
• 10-Year Extended Warranty. An optional add-on at checkout that extends cover to 10 years for the sprayer body and motor. It is provided by Ultra Spray Ltd.
• Shipping Protection. An optional add-on at checkout that covers loss, damage or theft in transit. See section 4 of our Shipping Policy.

Our warranties and add-ons are in addition to your statutory rights and do not replace or reduce them.

7. How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the goods have been received and checked. We email you when the refund is issued. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to show it. If you have not received it within 14 days of our email, please contact us. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund is issued in the same form.

8. Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly, and this is usually faster than a dispute through your bank.
